You are invited to join us for a special event on Monday, January 28 7-8:30 p.m. Former Houston Mayor and President/CEO of the Victory Institute Annise Parker shares insights on how Houston and other cities are shaping the world in. The lecture is held in Rice University’s Anderson-Clarke Center and is followed by a reception in the Dean’s Commons.
