Explore the fundamentals of Tibetan meditation in this free workshop with tools to help you build a meditation practice. No experience necessary. This workshop is hosted by the Glasscock School of Continuing Studies and held at Rice University’s Anderson-Clarke Center.

INSTRUCTOR: Alejandro Chaoul, Ph.D., is the founding director of the Mind, Body, Spirit Institute at the Jung Center and assistant professor and director of education in the integrative medicine program at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
