This, Too, Shall Pass...But in the Meantime, What Do I Do?

The coronavirus stay-at-home order – how is that working for your students? Their parents and caregivers? And, you?

In this seminar, we will explore how the COVID-19 situation affects the mental health and emotional well-being of young students, parents, and teachers. You will discover how fear and uncertainty manifest in behavior, learn strategies for managing stress and anxiety, and take away tips for taking care of yourself and others.

Janet Pozmantier, a licensed professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, and play therapist, will lead this session.
